By creating an account or using Pooq Media ("Pooq"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About Pooq

Pooq is a marketplace that helps clients find and hire independent service providers. Pooq is not the employer of providers and is not a party to the services they deliver, except where stated otherwise.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

4. Clients

• Describe your job accurately and treat providers respectfully.
• Pay agreed amounts on time and confirm completion honestly.

5. Service providers

• Provide truthful profile, pricing and verification information.
• Deliver services with reasonable skill and care, and meet the commitments you accept.
• You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes, licences and insurance.

6. Bookings, contracts and payments

Bookings and contracts are agreements between the client and the provider. Please keep communication and payments on Pooq so that we can help if something goes wrong.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, fraud or illegal activity.
• Posting misleading, offensive or infringing content.
• Attempting to bypass Pooq's safety or payment features, or to scrape or disrupt the service.

8. Reviews and content

You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant Pooq a licence to display it as part of the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

9. Disputes and reports

You can report members or open a dispute from the app. Our team reviews cases and may take actions such as warnings, suspensions or removals.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Pooq is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pooq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of members.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Pooq after changes means you accept the updated terms.
